We first set you up on a customized search directly from my Multiple Listing Service which gives you access to the most accurate and up-to-date listings.
We Collaborate
Our team meets each week to discuss our clients’ home needs and conducts manual searches in the case you may have missed something or there is a home that we think is perfect for you that may not have shown up on your end.
We’re Commited
We get on the phone every day, calling homeowners in the area(s) you are looking in who have recently had an Expired or Withdrawn listing. These homes were on the market and for whatever reason, did not sell. Most of the time, these sellers still want to sell their house (& it may be a good fit for you).
We’re Diligent
Our team is continuously previewing neighborhoods and listings new to the market in order to give you first-hand knowledge about the properties.

We network with hundreds of fellow agents to see what new homes are coming soon to the market - often we’re able to get this information before it hits the market and give you details about these homes!
